Estella'S Baked Scrod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. white fish fillets (like cod)
    juice of 1 lemon
    onion powder
    1/2 sleeve Ritz-like crackers, crushed fine
    1/3 sq. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Oil baking dish and lay serving size pieces of fish on bottom. Sprinkle lemon juice and onion powder over each piece.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers over each piece of fish and again dribble lemon juice over each piece.
    Sprinkle a little onion powder over each piece again.
    Finally dribble melted butter or margarine over each piece.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 450\u00b0
    for 10 minutes and then broil top until golden brown (just a couple of minutes, watch carefully).
