Russian Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. water
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. tea (4 small tea bags)
    rind of 1 orange
    8 whole cloves
    juice of 4 oranges
    8 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Boil sugar, orange rind, cloves and water for 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
    Place tea leaves in pot or enamel pan.
    Pour over them 8 cups boiling water.
    Steep 3 minutes.
    Strain.
    Mix tea, syrup and fruit juices.
    Keep hot until ready to serve.
    Do not boil.
