Chocolate Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. soft butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first 10 ingredients (flour to water); mix.
    Beat 1 minute at low speed, then 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in chips and nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or two 7 x 3 1/4 x 2 1/4-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for large pan or 50 minutes for small pans.
    Cool 5 minutes before turning out on wire rack.
