Black Forest Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
    1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. devil's food cake mix
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Save liquid.
    Spread pineapple in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Add pie filling, spreading gently over pineapple.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pie filling. Top with pecans.
