Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 or 3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (not drained)
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture very carefully.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or 3 smaller pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out.
    Freezes well.
