Vegetable Spread Or Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 small onion
    1 cucumber
    1 c. celery
    1 green pepper
    1 envelope plain Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. boiling water
    2 c. mayo
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop the veggies very fine and dry on a paper towel.
    Mix the gelatine and cold water and add the boiling water. Let gelatine cool.
    Do not let set hard. Add the mayo and salt to gelatine. Add the veggies. Very good!
