Seafood Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. cleaned cooked shrimp
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 can chopped chillies
Preparation

In a large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
Let stand 3 minutes to soften. Add boiling water. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, pepper sauce and mayonnaise until well blended.
Set aside some shrimp for garnish. Chop the rest; stir in crab meat, shrimp and remaining ingredients until well blended.
Turn into mold. Chill 6 hours. Garnish with shrimp, celery and pimiento strips.
