Scrapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground pork
    2 c. ground beef
    3 c. meat broth
    1 c. corn meal
    salt, black pepper, sage and cayenne pepper to taste
    chopped, minced onions
Preparation
    Saute onions.
    Combine meat, onions and broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add seasonings.
    Slowly add corn meal, stirring constantly. Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
    Pour into a loaf pan and chill until firm.
    Cut into thin slices and fry until well browned.
