Pumpkin Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    scant tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Grease 3 loaf pans and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until done.
    May also use 1 pound coffee cans in place of loaf pans for round loaves.
