Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. flour (1/4 c. in salmon, 1/4 c. for rolling salmon)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Drain salmon and set aside.
    Mix salmon with beaten egg and onion until sticky.
    Add baking powder and 1/4 cup flour to salmon mixture and stir.
    Make patties and roll in 1/4 cup flour.
    Fry in Crisco until brown.
