Mini Quiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
12 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine bacon, cheese and onion in bowl.
Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons into bottom of greased miniature muffin pans.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Fill prepared muffin pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before removing.
Yields 72 appetizers.
