Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. pumpkin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine
first\t4 ingredients and mix well.
Add sifted dry ingredients,
mixing
well.
Add
chopped cranberries and nuts. Makes 2 loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
