Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften the butter and cream cheese.
    Cream the butter and cheese together until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    If using pecans, put 1 tablespoon flour over pecans and stir well; set aside.
    Add remaining flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla to mixture; mix well.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
