Speedy Skillet Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. chervil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 beef cube steaks (about 1 lb.)
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 large ripe tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients.
    Dredge steaks in flour mixture.
    Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
    Add steaks and cook over medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper towels and wipe skillet clean.
    Return steaks to skillet.
    Add wine, water and onion.
    Cover and simmer 6 minutes or until steaks are tender.
    Add tomato wedges to skillet.
    Cover and simmer 2 minutes or until completely heated.
