Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, diced
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    pie crust
Preparation
    Mix together egg yolks, flour, sugar and butter.
    Pour mixture over rhubarb.
    Beat egg whites and mix in with rhubarb mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
