Crab Salad(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. crab meat, cooked
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    black pepper to taste
    dash of seasoned salt
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
    Chill before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Less than 1 gram of fat per serving and 79 calories per serving.
    Looks pretty served on a lettuce leaf or use as a stuffing for tomatoes.
    Also good as a spread on crackers or a sandwich.
