Five-Hour Stew(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    favorite seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, basil, parsley
    3 large potatoes
    1 medium onion, cut up
    4 carrots, cut in chunks
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. tapioca, sprinkled over all
Preparation
    The evening before dredge stew meat in flour and brown in Dutch oven.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
