Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift, then measure again with baking powder and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Mix only enough to moisten flour.
Drop by tablespoon on gently bubbling stew.
Cook 10 minutes with kettle uncovered and 10 minutes with kettle covered.
Serve at once. Don't crowd in kettle, allow room for expansion.
