Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (15 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
1 stick oleo, melted
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Mix all and place in 7 x 11-inch glass dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 300\u00b0
about 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
