Chicken In Oriental Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chicken dipsters or nuggets for dipping, cooked
    3/4 c. canned or bottled vegetable juice (I prefer V-8)
    1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except chicken in
    a medium size microwave-safe bowl.
    Mix and cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on High for three minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking.
    Serve with cooked chicken.
