German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 strips bacon
3 to 4 lb. little red potatoes or 8 medium sized
1/2 small chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 radishes, chopped
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. flour
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 to 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Cook potatoes (do not overcook).
Peel and slice in serving dish.
Fry bacon, break or crumble, and set aside.
Mix sugar, flour and mustard and stir into bacon drippings.
Gradually add vinegar.
Cook until thickens.
Add chopped celery, onion, radishes and parsley to potatoes.
Add broken up pieces of bacon. Pour vinegar gravy over all.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
