Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    12 oz. spaghetti
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, brown and drain the beef, onion and green pepper. Add tomatoes (chop slightly in blender), mushrooms, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti noodles and drain.
    Place half of the noodles in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Top with half the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Cheddar. Repeat layers.
    Mix can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water until smooth.
    Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
