Tuna Fiesta Soft Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 (6 oz.) can StarKist solid white chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. drained, chopped pimiento
    6 flour tortillas (6-inch)
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
    salsa (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine mayo, garlic salt, lemon pepper, tuna, celery, egg, onion, bell pepper and pimiento.
    Mix thoroughly. Place generous 1/2 cup filling on one side of each tortilla.
    Top with lettuce and cheese.
    Fold tortillas over; serve with salsa, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
