Oriental Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak (boneless)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 c. dry sherry wine
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Slightly freeze sirloin steak to make slicing easier.
Trim all fat from beef.
Against the grain of the meat, thinly slice the beef into 1-inch strips.
Size does not have to be exact.
Mix together all ingredients except beef to make marinade.
Place sliced beef into deep bowl and cover with marinade.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours.
May be refrigerated up to 8 hours.
