Ingredients

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 capfuls Mrs. Dash minced onion medley
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. honey
1 c. snow peas
1/2 c. sliced red bell pepper
Preparation

Saut chicken in olive oil with Mrs. Dash for about 4 minutes.
Stir in mustard and honey; cook 2 minutes.
Add snow peas and peppers.
Cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
Toss gently.
Serve over bed of rice.
Serves 4.
