Frosted Pear - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium pears (fresh and ripe)
3/4 c. Creamy Cheese or low-fat whipped cream cheese
1 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

Halve pears, remove seeds and place on a dessert plate, cut side up.
Frost each pear half with Creamy Cheese and garnish with a few slivered almonds.
Makes 6 servings, 60 calories per serving.
