Cowboy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add 3/4 cup milk and knead to a smooth dough; roll out and cut biscuits.
    Brush biscuits with remaining milk.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
