Chinese Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt
    1 large garlic, pressed and minced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices (save all juice)
    1/4 c. juice from can of pineapple
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Brown chicken in vegetable oil and salt.
    Add garlic, chopped onion and ginger; saute.
    Drain pineapple; save juice.
    Mix 1/4 cup juice and cornstarch.
    Mix remaining juice with chicken broth, soy sauce, honey and cinnamon.
    Pour over chicken.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, covered, until chicken is tender.
    Stir cornstarch mixture in and cook until thickened.
    Add pineapple.
