Quick Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 c. skim milk
    1 c. grated carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cook onion for 1 minute.
    Add evaporated milk, skim milk, carrots and seasoning.
    Make paste of cornstarch and water, stirring constantly.
    When soup begins to simmer, cook over low heat about 15 minutes, stir often.
    Serves 4.
