Ham And Egg Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust shell, baked
1/2 lb. ground ham
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped or thinly sliced
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle hard-cooked eggs in bottom of pie crust.
Top with ham and cheeses.
Combine beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Pour over filling.
Bake on preheated cookie sheet until mixture is set, about 35 minutes.
Let stand before serving.
