Graham Cracker Pudding #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar and crumbs.
    Add egg yolks and stir until thickened.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; beat again, gradually adding 1/4 cup sugar.
    Fold into pudding.
    Chill.
    Yield: 8 servings.
