Pennsylvania-Style Sugar Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour milk (use 1 c. milk and 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until top of sugar cakes are lightly browned.
