Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    5 large sweet eating apples (Golden Delicious), peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Combine juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
    Heat until thickened.
    Add sliced apples and simmer until partially cooked. Pour into unbaked pie shell and cover with top crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or cover apples with crumb crust granola or eat alone.
