Tuna Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    2 c. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix dressing, macaroni, tuna, celery, green pepper, onion and pimiento.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate. Serve on top of lettuce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
