Christmas Morning Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add milk.
Melt butter in frying pan and scramble eggs.
Place in a 2 1/2-quart rectangular casserole.
Place sausage on the eggs and top with mushrooms.
Combine soup and sherry in saucepan and warm on top of stove.
Spread warm mixture on top of mushrooms.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
While your family opens presents on Christmas morning, bake covered casserole in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
