Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 large bananas (1 c. mashed)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. soft shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
    Place rest of ingredients except nuts into blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour over flour mixture and add nuts.
    Mix lightly until blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in well greased loaf pan.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing.
    Freezes well.
