Traverse City Cherry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry and lattice top for 8-inch pie
3 c. pitted tart cherries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 drops almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix cherries together with sugar, flour, extract and salt. Pour into pastry shell.
Dot with butter.
Place lattice top on, sealing with water and crimping edges high.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown or done.
