Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 to 12 slices bread (remove crusts)
6 whole eggs
3 c. milk
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation

Line large casserole or roasting pan with bread.
Slightly beat eggs and combine with milk.
Pour over bread.
Mix cheese and bacon together and put on top of egg mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Prepare the night before and put in oven upon rising.
