Libby'S Famous Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. (12 fluid oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine ingredients in order given.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool; garnish, if desired, with whipped topping.
