Hot And Spicy Spanish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter
    2 large bell peppers, sliced
    4 large yellow onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (or chili powder)
    1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute bell peppers and onion in butter.
    Add all other ingredients; simmer until well blended, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Can serve as a Spanish omelette or with Italian sausage over rice.
