Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pieces chicken
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. fat
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Put flour in bowl and add salt.
    Cut up chicken.
    Fry only 5 pieces.
    Put other in refrigerator.
    Roll chicken in flour.
    Put 1/4 cup fat in frying pan and heat.
    Place chicken in hot fat; brown both sides.
    Take pan off heat.
    Let cool for 5 minutes.
    Add 1 cup water; cover frying pan.
    Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
