Chicken Tetrazzini(From Rafter'S Restaurant) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 lb. hen
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1 onion
1 small can mushrooms
1 qt. milk
2/3 c. flour
1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 lb. American cheese
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
Preparation

Cook hen until tender.
Remove from bone while warm and cut into cubes.
Cook spaghetti in 1 quart water or chicken stock. Cut onion in pieces and mix with mushrooms and juice.
Mix with drained spaghetti and chicken.
Make white sauce by melting oleo, adding flour and slowly adding milk.
Cut up cheese and add to white sauce.
Stir until melted.
Mix into the chicken and spaghetti.
Pour into baking dish and bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes.
