Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. bacon
    1 lb. pork chops
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
    3 hot peppers, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Cook bacon, pork chops and sausage. Crumble up bacon and sausage and cut pork chops in small pieces.
    Save 2 tablespoons grease from sausage and scramble 6 eggs; put aside.
    Saute bell pepper and celery.
    Put all ingredients together in large skillet and heat.
    Add soy sauce.
    Hot peppers are optional.
