White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. hot milk, scalded
    3/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 or 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and salt in a large bowl.
    Add milk and cold water.
    Stir until lukewarm.
    Add yeast dissolved in warm water. Add flour until dough is still soft, but not sticky.
    Knead on floured board.
