German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 potatoes
    1 stalk celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Boil and peel potatoes.
    Add chopped celery, hard-boiled eggs and chopped onion.
    Beat the 2 eggs.
    Add sugar, spices, vinegar and water; mix well. Pour mixture into hot, drained bacon grease and stir until thickened (if too thick, add water).
    Pour over potato salad.
    Break bacon into tiny pieces and mix with salad. Chill several hours before serving.
