Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
1/2 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
nutmeg
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix beef, rice, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Form into balls. Place in covered dish.
In skillet, melt margarine, saute onion and green pepper.
Add tomato juice.
Pour over porcupine balls. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
