Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 stick oleo
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    Melt the 2/3 stick oleo in a large pan.
    Add the onion, salt, pepper, soup, sour cream and cheese, one at a time, mixing well. Add potatoes and mix.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Crush corn flakes and mix with 1 1/2 tablespoons of melted oleo.
    Sprinkle over the casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
