Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 potatoes (medium size)
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion (medium), chopped
    1/2 c. canola oil
    4 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    2 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
Preparation
    Fill large pan with cold water.
    Bring potatoes to boil; lower heat a bit and cover pan.
    Continue to boil until potatoes are tender when poked with a fork.
    While potatoes are cooking, chop celery and onion.
    Set aside.
    In measuring cup, mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika and dill weed.
    When potatoes are done, cool, peel and cut in small pieces.
    Mix potatoes, celery and onion in a large bowl.
    Add oil and vinegar.
    Mix together well.
    Cover and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    Mix in Miracle Whip.
    Add some paprika and dill weed on top for garnish.
