Cherry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cherry Jell-O
    1 can cherry pie filling
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 large softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O according to package directions, decreasing cold water to 1 1/2 cups.
    Let partially congeal.
    Add pie filling and spread in bottom of large dish.
    Make topping.
