Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Cook until 300\u00b0.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda; stir to blend.
    Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
    Cool and crack.
